If a payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to delay or suspend the service until payment is settled.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a service order by contacting us in writing before work has commenced. Where work has begun, cancellation may be subject to a charge reflecting the time and resources already committed.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and are not available for self-serve digital products once downloaded or accessed.
